I've been working hard on a lot of music for a new music library called PostHaste and the website is finally up! A couple of my pieces (Midnight Lions, and Puppetmaster) are featured on the front page.

Also, Jonathan Boakes' new game, The Lost Crown, is completed and available for purchase. It features a vocal track of mine. I'll try to put up some new samples here soon. You can hear a lot of the stuff I've been working on on the PostHaste page though and you can actually hear the full-length tracks.

Finally some activity! For all of you who are just foaming at the mouth waiting for the next official Jonathan Geer update :-) There is a TON of new music to listen to on the music page. I've also added a couple more downloadable piano solos to my Lulu store. And I've actually got some dates on the calendar for some great concerts coming up. The first one coming up is Sunday, Oct. 28th at the Episcopal Church of the Annunciation in Lewisville. We are doing the Faure Requiem, some Randall Thompson pieces and an original Jonathan Geer piece. Tickets are only $5 so come check it out!

New Piano Solos

Finally an update :-) Mostly musical in nature. There are some new samples of a lot of original piano solo works as well as some music from a documentary I just finished scoring. Some of the music I've written for the movie trailer music library is going to be recorded by the Prague Symphony Orchestra before the year is up.

And just in case you're interested, most of the full-length versions of the new music can be purchased at Broadjam for .99 per song.

In other news, two little kittens have come into my life recently. They are very cute and very demanding. One is fussing at me right now because my hands are on the keyboard instead of petting her.

I noticed all of my updates were starting with the letter N. New this. New that. Why stop now? I've done a big update on the music page with lots of new samples. Happy listening!

So it's been a while since my last news update. It's because I've been really busy writing LOTS of new music. I've finished the Triumphant/Inspirational music for FirstCom's OneMusic library (www.firstcom.com) and am now working on 16 tracks for a movie trailer music library. It's totally over the top and a lot of fun.

I've recently finished working on Hollywood Soundtracks, Vol. 2 for Partners In Rhyme (www.partnersinrhyme.com). It's a royalty-free collection of 10 orchestral tracks in different styles to be used for films, videos and games.

I'm also providing music for the game, Sparkle, created by Tero Alatalo. I'm scoring some other games and mods too which I'll be letting you know more about as they progress.

Another project in the works is KFSS Studios new album for which I'll be doing an arrangement of a song from the SNES game, Secret of Evermore, as well as an original track.
