Belleville 72

I originally wrote this piece for my tango ensemble, the Austin Piazzolla Quintet. I was inspired by the music of Edith Piaf and specifically by her famous song, Padam, Padam.  This composition also contains a section for improvisation.  It is specified for accordion followed by violin, but could be any of the instruments in the quintet. You could also try using flute instead of violin. Experimentation is always encouraged!
